After losing more than 20 lbs, I’m taking my fitness to the next level and am going to follow a more structured workout split. So what is a workout split? It’s basically a weekly schedule of workouts with each day having a dedicated task. Here’s my current split:
As you can see, I have a 5-day split focusing mostly on legs. My upper body grows much more quickly than my legs so I’m hitting legs much more than I do my upper body. I was following this split when I was in college with great results so I know it works. Every person’s split will look different so definitely take some time to experiment and see what works for you. I despise cardio days, so you won’t see any of that here.
